Reporting directly to the State Operations Manager (SOM), the District Manager (DM) is responsible for People, Sales and Profit as well as future growth and planning for the allocated district.  The primary function of the District Manager is to manage a group of restaurants successfully and actively participate with the State Operations Manager in making State-based decisions.

Hungry Jack’s are looking for an applicant who is dedicated to achieving and maintaining high-performance KPI results throughout teams by utilising forward-thinking and commercially astute business decisions.  This position would suit someone who is looking to take their leadership career to the next level by taking on a role with multi-location responsibility.

A key aspect of the role will be talent development in the district with an emphasis on fostering alignment from all employee levels, focussing on the Hungry Jack's cultural pillars and values.  A strong emphasis on coaching and mentoring.  The position requires travel to both far metro and regional locations.

Applicants must have a minimum of two years’ restaurant management experience and be achieving medium KPI performance or above.
