About the role:

Our crew coaches provide support and coaching to our restaurant team members on shift. You will role model our standards and expectations, coach others to learn new skills and improve existing skills, motivate those around you and you are a great communicator. All to help your team strive to provide an exceptional guest experience, to every guest, every visit:
